Laura Nucha (1994) is a freelance artist, researcher, and singer-songwriter working in the intersection of music, heritage, and future. Her interdisciplinary practice spans performance, dance, sculpture, painting, craftsWOmanship, and art in architecture. After completing a preparatory course at the art academy and training at a musical theatre school in Hamburg, she deepened her studies with a Bachelor’s degree in Music and Movement. Since then, she has worked as an artist, educator, mentor, and coach.
As a singer-songwriter, she navigates between intimate, poetic compositions and experimental soundscapes. In addition to her solo career, she is actively involved in various artistic projects that combine music with other disciplines such as dance, performance, and installation. Her work often explores themes of identity, cultural heritage, and future visions – brought to life through sound, body, and material.
As a mentor and organizer of Ethno Switzerland, she promotes intercultural exchange through music and creates spaces for artists from around the world to connect. She is also dedicated to empowering FINTA individuals in the music scene as a coach at Helvetia Rockt.
